4.30.6 Pilot-in-command with respect to the safe operation of an aircraft.
- PiC shall give commands necessary for the
- safety of the aircraft, persons and property.
- He/she may disembark or refuse to carry anyone
- under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- A PiC can refuse carriage of any person, or
- any part of the cargo, which, he/she
- believes would be likely to endanger
- the aircraft or its occupants
- Aircraft shall be airworthy
- Documentation checked
- Aircraft inspected in-flight,
