1. Carelessness
  • Operating an aircraft in a careless manner
  • Up to $7000 fine
2. Danger to planes, products or services
  • Unnecessary danger to aircraft,
  • aeronautical product,
  • or aviation - related service 
  • Up to $10,000 fine or
  • 12 months imprisonment for an individual
3. Compliance
  • Failing to comply with an
  • inspection or monitoring request
  • is also an offence.
