4.80.4 Notification of Incidents/Accidents.

1. INCIDENT
  • Pilot-in-command (or operator)
  • shall notify the Authority as soon as practicable
  • Details of an incident must be provided within 14 days.
2. ACCIDENT
  • The pilot-in-command, (or operator),
  • shall notify the Authority as soon as practicable
  • Details of an accident must be provided within 10 days.
