  • cause a collision hazard

  • Formation flight only permitted by
  • prior arrangement between PiC of each aircraft 
  • Passengers by  prior arrangement.
2. Having Fun
  • NO passengers in formation for hire/reward,
  • other than a parachute drop 
  • or an adventure aviation formation flight operation
