4.32.12 Carriage of Cargo.

1. Location
  • Cargo shall be carried on a seat,
  • in a cargo rack or bin,
  • or a cargo or baggage compartment.
2. Cargo Safety
  • Secured by safety belt or other restraint
  • Packaged and covered to avoid injury 
  • Consider load limitation for seats and floors.
  • Emergency Exits  Clear.
